Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information VexioSales processes, how it is used, and the choices available to customers and end users.

Last updated: March 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect account details such as name, email address, organization information, and authentication data. We also collect usage, device, and log information needed to operate and secure the platform.

If you use communications features, we may process lead records, email content, SMS content, call metadata, transcripts, and related business context provided by your organization.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide the service, secure accounts, troubleshoot issues, improve product performance, and support customer success. We also use it to personalize workflows and product experiences.

AI-assisted features may process business data so the platform can generate drafts, summaries, scoring, enrichment, and recommendations.

3. Data Sharing

We share data with subprocessors that help deliver the service, such as infrastructure, analytics, payments, messaging, calendar, and voice providers. Examples may include Stripe for billing, ElevenLabs for voice features, and Google services for calendar-related workflows.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and service data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary by data type, subscription status, support obligations, and customer instructions where applicable.

5. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal and business data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Customers remain responsible for managing user permissions, password hygiene, and lawful use of communications and AI features within their organization.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of personal information. Residents of jurisdictions such as California and the EEA may have additional rights under applicable law.

Requests can be submitted through your account team or by contacting privacy@vexiosales.com.

7. Cookies

We and our service providers may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand product usage, and improve reliability.

Browser settings may allow you to manage or limit some cookies, though doing so can affect product functionality.

8. Children's Privacy

VexioSales is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

If you believe information from a child has been provided to us improperly, contact us so we can review and address it.

9. Changes to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our service, legal obligations, or subprocessor relationships change. When we do, we will post the revised version here with an updated effective date.

Material changes may also be communicated through account notices or other reasonable channels.
