Terms of Service

These terms govern access to VexioSales and define the responsibilities that apply to your organization when using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VexioSales, you agree to these Terms of Service and our posted policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to your organization, your authorized users, and anyone accessing the platform through your account.

2. Service Description

VexioSales provides customer relationship management, AI-assisted sales workflows, communications tooling, and related analytics. Features may change as the product evolves.

Some capabilities rely on third-party providers for billing, voice, messaging, calendar, or infrastructure services.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

You may not share access in a way that bypasses seat limits, role restrictions, or other controls applied to your organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing activity. This includes unauthorized messaging, improper data collection, or misuse of AI-generated content.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of outreach, voice, SMS, and data processing features complies with applicable laws and internal policies.

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed on the plan and schedule agreed to at purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a separate order form.

If billing or payment fails, we may suspend or limit access to paid features until the account is brought current.

6. Intellectual Property

VexioSales and its related software, branding, and documentation remain the property of Vexio or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited right to use the service during an active subscription.

You retain ownership of your organization data, subject to the rights needed for us to host, secure, process, and improve the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the fees paid by your organization for the period specified in your governing agreement or, if none, the prior twelve months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, non-payment, or actions that threaten the platform or other customers.

Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, IP protections, and liability limitations.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws identified in your governing commercial agreement or, if none exists, the laws of the jurisdiction where Vexio contracts from without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes will be resolved in the forums specified in that governing agreement or otherwise in a court of competent jurisdiction.
